Today I did Day 3 with “Yoga with Adriene.” This practice was focused on awakening your body and your soul. I enjoyed it today, my body needed that wake up. With school, stress and the rainy weather I’ve been sluggish. Having these little boosts of energy really feel like they help out. Try it out for yourself!
My HM1 told my class today that we have to not only be flexible but, we also have to be resilient. He told us his story on how he had a strong, capable and resilient team out in Afghanistan, and the only reason why they were still alive was because of that resilience. This is what the military molds us to be. We have to be strong, flexible and able to recover quickly, it’s just the nature of the beast.

This is for everyone out there. Especially those that need to hear this! You can be unstoppable! You just have to realize that you have all this power and courage and strength inside of you! Don’t put it on mute or try to hide it away. You are strong. Remember that.
